Hilal Kaya is an IAA-certified Immigration Lawyer with over 10 years of experience in UK Immigration. With a background in law and a strong understanding of UK immigration regulations, Hilal specialises in assisting both individuals and businesses across a wide range of immigration matters, including Sponsorship Licence applications, Points-Based System visas, Innovator Founder visas, Family Reunion visas, Entry Clearance, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and British Citizenship and Naturalisation applications.
Hilal is dedicated to delivering personalised and effective solutions, ensuring her clients navigate the complexities of UK Immigration with confidence and clarity.
She is also a member of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as a Registered Foreign Lawyer.

Mustafa Kuru
FOUNDER / LAWYER
Mustafa is a commercially minded lawyer with a strong background in corporate and business law, advising founders, investors, and businesses on structuring, governance, and cross-border operations in the UK. His approach is pragmatic and commercially focused, ensuring legal advice supports broader business objectives.
He is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), a member of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, and an Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) regulated adviser. These qualifications allow him to advise holistically on corporate matters that intersect with regulatory and mobility considerations, as well as company setup and expansion, operational planning, and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance.
Mustafa brings significant in-house experience from his time at The Walt Disney Company, where he worked on a wide range of contractual matters. This experience underpins his practical, detail-oriented approach to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
