At Tate Solutions we are committed to clear, fair and transparent pricing. This Fee Scale sets out the standard charges for the services we most commonly provide. Our aim is to help you understand potential costs before you proceed so that you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Where possible, fees are shown as set amounts for typical services. In some cases, the actual cost may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, additional requirements, or individual circumstances. All fees listed on this page exclude VAT and appropriate VAT will be added where applicable.

What our fees cover

Each fee set out below relates to the core work involved in the specified service. Unless otherwise stated, fees do not include:

  • Third-party costs and disbursements (such as Home Office fees, biometric fees, NHS or translation costs)

  • Additional work arising from changes in circumstances after submission

  • Appeals, compliance audits, or litigation

If your matter is likely to require significant additional work beyond the standard scope, we will confirm this with you in advance and provide an updated estimate.

How we apply our fees

We use a mix of fixed fees (where the work can be defined in advance) and time-based or bespoke estimates where appropriate. For services not listed on this page, we will provide a bespoke fee estimate on request.
